1. 保留になった記録
履歴と記録ページには、保留の理由が種類別に表示されます。どれに当たるかで、次にすることが変わります。
Your history and the record page tell you which kind of hold it is — and that decides what to do next.

保留は時間の経過では承認されません。 運営が確認して承認 / 却下を決めます。承認された場合でも、その記録にポイントがあとから付与されることはありません。
Waiting does not approve a held record. Our team reviews it and decides — and even when it is approved, points are not granted to it afterwards.
位置情報を「自分だけに表示」「ぼかして公開」にした記録のポイントが減る・0になるのは保留ではありません（→ 記録と公開範囲）。記録そのものは正常です。
Fewer points — or none — on records set to Keep it to yourself or Share it blurred is not a hold (see Recording and how much you share). The record itself is fine.
保留になっても、記録が消えたわけじゃないよ。
履歴から差し戻して撮り直すこともできる。
2. 聞く・報告する
- AI ヘルプ（メニュー） — 使い方の質問にいつでも答えます
- 報告・お問い合わせ — 不具合や要望をスクリーンショット付きで送れます。採用されると Angler's Point のボーナスがあります
- 機能ガイド / はじめてガイド — 設定 →「このアプリについて」からいつでも見直せます。案内の詳しさは「シンプル」「ふつう」「詳しく教えて」から選べます
- AI Help in the menu — ask anything about how to use the app
- Report / Contact — send bugs and requests with a screenshot. If it is accepted there is a bonus of Angler's Points
- Feature guide / Welcome tour — replay either from Settings → About, choosing how detailed it is: Quick, Standard or Show me everything
3. アカウントまわり
設定を触りすぎて分からなくなったら、設定 →「すべての設定を初期値に戻す」でいつでも戻せます（記録やポイントには影響しません）。
If your settings get away from you, Settings → Reset all settings to defaults puts everything back (your records and points are not affected).
⚠️ Google と Apple は別々のアカウントになります。 同じメールアドレスでも自動では統合されず、記録やポイントも移し替えられません。毎回同じ方法でサインインしてください。
⚠️ Google and Apple create separate accounts. They are not merged even with the same email address, and records and points cannot be transferred. Sign in the same way every time.
⚠️ SMS 2段階認証を設定しているときは、機種変更・解約・番号変更の前に必ず解除してください（設定 → セキュリティ）。SMS を受け取れなくなるとサインインできません。
⚠️ If you use SMS two-step verification, turn it off before changing devices, carriers or numbers (Settings → Security). Without SMS you cannot sign in.
アカウントは 設定 → アカウント →「アカウントを削除」からいつでも削除できます（取り消し不可・記録とポイントは失われます）。「Apple でサインイン」で登録した場合は、削除と同時に Apple 側の連携も解除されます。アプリを削除したあとでも、Web の削除ページから同じ操作ができます。
You can delete your account any time under Settings → Account → Delete account — this cannot be undone, and your records and points are lost. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, deleting also revokes the Apple connection. After uninstalling the app you can still do it from the deletion page on this site.
4. 安全とルール
AI の同定は誤ることがあります。毒の有無や食べられるかどうかは、必ず実物と信頼できる情報で確認してください。
AI identification can be wrong. Always check venom and edibility against the actual fish and a reliable source.
釣り場のルール（漁業権・立入禁止・地域の規制）を守って楽しみましょう。プライバシーポリシーと利用規定は、アプリの 設定 →「このアプリについて」、またはこのサイトからいつでも読めます。
Please follow the rules where you fish — fishery rights, restricted areas and local regulations. The Privacy Policy and Terms are in Settings → About in the app, and on this site as well.
