第1条（適用）
本規定は「世界釣りマップ / World Fishing Map」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規定に同意のうえ本アプリを利用するものとします。
第2条（アカウント）
1. 本アプリの利用には、Google アカウントまたは Apple ID（Sign in with Apple・iOS 版のみ）によるサインインが必要です。Google アカウントと Apple ID は別々のアカウントとして扱われ、同じメールアドレスであっても自動的に統合されることはありません。
2. アカウントの管理責任は利用者本人にあります。
3. 利用者は、アプリ内の設定または Web の削除ページから、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除により記録・ポイント等は失われ、復元・引き継ぎはできません（詳細はプライバシーポリシー第5項）。
第3条（投稿コンテンツ）
1. 利用者が投稿した写真・釣果情報は、本アプリの運営（保存・表示・魚種同定・不正検知・サービス改善）に必要な範囲で、運営者が無償で利用（複製・加工・送信）できるものとします。
2. 投稿コンテンツの著作権は利用者に帰属します。
3. 運営者は、本規定に違反する投稿を予告なく非表示・削除できます。
第4条（アプリ内ポイント）
1. Fish Token・Angler's Point・Tier は本アプリ内限りのポイント・ランクであり、現金・財物との交換（換金）、購入、利用者間の譲渡・売買はできません。
2. 不正行為により取得されたポイントは、取り消すことがあります。
3. 運営者は、ポイントの付与基準・機能を予告のうえ変更できます。
4. Tier（会員ランク）は、Angler's Point の残高と運営者が定める基準（必要ポイント＝閾値）により判定されます。運営者は、ポイント全体の価値を維持する目的（インフレーションの管理等）で、この閾値を変更することがあります。閾値の変更により、既に到達した Tier が下がる（維持できない）ことがあります。閾値の変更によって獲得済みの Fish Token・Angler's Point が減ることはありません。現在の閾値は、アプリ内（プロフィールの Tier バッジをタップ）でいつでも確認できます。
5. 運営者は、利用者が特定の設定（SMS 2段階認証の設定等）を行った場合に、Fish Token を付与することがあります。付与額・付与条件は運営者が定め、変更することがあります（付与は原則として利用者ごとに一度限りです）。
6. Fish Token は、他の利用者の釣果の正確な位置の解除、Angler's Point への交換、上位の魚種同定モデルの利用など、本アプリ内の機能を利用する際に消費されることがあります。消費した Fish Token は返還されません（機能を提供できなかった場合を除きます）。
第5条（有料プラン）
1. 現在、本アプリの全機能は無料で利用できます。運営者は、将来、閲覧機能の拡張（会員ランク＝Tier 相当の特典の付与等）を内容とする有料プラン（サブスクリプション等）を提供することがあります。
2. 有料プランの内容・料金・支払時期および方法・解約の条件等は、提供開始時にアプリ内および公式サイトに表示します。特定商取引法に基づく表記は、公式サイト（https://worldfishingmap.com/tokushoho）に掲載します。
3. 有料プランにおいて、Fish Token・Angler's Point を販売または付与することはありません。また、他の利用者の釣果の正確な位置（ぼかしの無い表示）を有料プランの特典として提供することはありません。
4. 有料プランの決済は、アプリストア（Google Play・App Store 等）を通じて行われ、解約・返金はストアの定める手続・規約に従います。返金・解約等により有料プランが終了しても、それまでに獲得した Fish Token・Angler's Point が減ることはありません。
5. 有料プランの提供を開始するときは、必要に応じて本規定を改定し、アプリ内で告知します（重要な変更については再同意を求めます）。
第6条（メッセージ機能）
1. ダイレクトメッセージは、送信から一定期間（現在は180日。変更する場合はアプリ内で告知します）を経過すると表示されなくなります。重要な内容は利用者自身で保存してください。
2. 利用者は、設定によりメッセージ全体の受信を拒否できるほか、特定の相手をミュート（通知の停止）またはブロックできます。ブロックした相手との間では、メッセージに加えて釣果・コメント・ランキング・プロフィール等が相互に表示されなくなります。ミュート・ブロックの設定は相手に通知されません。
3. 運営者は、不正利用の調査・法令遵守のために必要な範囲でメッセージデータを取り扱うことがあります。
第7条（禁止事項）
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
(1) 虚偽の釣果・撮影地点・撮影日時の記録、同一の魚の重複記録その他の不正行為
(2) 他者の写真の無断投稿、第三者の権利（著作権・肖像権・プライバシー等）を侵害する行為
(3) 他の利用者への誹謗中傷・嫌がらせ・迷惑行為（メッセージ機能の利用によるものを含む）
(4) 漁業権・立入禁止区域・各地の釣り規制に違反する行為の助長
(5) 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為（不正アクセス・過度な自動アクセス等）
(6) その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第8条（利用停止等）
1. 運営者は、利用者が本規定に違反した場合、または違反のおそれがあると合理的に判断した場合、事前の通知なく、投稿の削除・非表示、ポイントの取消、本アプリの一部機能の利用制限、アカウントの利用停止または削除の措置をとることができます。
2. 運営者は、前項の措置により利用者に生じた損害について、故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
第9条（免責）
1. AI による魚種同定・毒性の表示は確実ではありません。安全のため、毒の有無・食用可否は必ず実物と信頼できる情報で確認してください。
2. 潮汐情報は推定または予測であり、実測値ではありません。航行・安全判断には使用しないでください。
3. 本アプリが表示する気象・海況情報（風・波・水温・気圧・河川流量等）は、気象庁および外部の気象データ提供事業者が公表する値をそのまま表示するものであり、運営者が独自に気象の予報を行うものではありません。これらの情報の正確性・完全性・最新性を保証するものではなく、内容は提供元の都合により変更・停止されることがあります。
4. 「出撃スコア」その他の指数は、過去の釣果の統計と上記の気象・海況情報にもとづく参考指標であり、気象の予報ではなく、釣果を保証するものでもありません。
5. 本アプリが表示する風速・波高等にもとづく注意表示は目安にすぎません。出航・釣行の可否は、気象庁が発表する警報・注意報その他の公的情報および現地の状況を利用者自身が確認して判断してください。
6. 釣行は利用者自身の責任で行ってください。本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、運営者は故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
第10条（サービスの変更・終了）
運営者は、事前の告知のうえ、本アプリの内容の変更・提供の終了を行うことができます。
第11条（規定の変更）
本規定を変更する場合はアプリ内で告知し、重要な変更については再同意を求めます。
第12条（準拠法・管轄）
本規定は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Application)
These terms govern the use of "World Fishing Map" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 (Account)
1. Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (iOS only) is required to use the App. A Google account and an Apple ID are treated as separate accounts and are never merged automatically, even if they use the same email address.
2. You are responsible for managing your account.
3. You can delete your account at any time in the App's settings or on the web deletion page. Deletion forfeits your records and points; they cannot be restored or transferred (see Section 5 of the Privacy Policy).
Article 3 (User content)
1. The operator may use (copy, process, transmit) photos and catch information you post, free of charge, to the extent necessary to operate the App (storage, display, species identification, fraud detection, and service improvement).
2. Copyright in your content remains with you.
3. The operator may hide or remove content that violates these terms without notice.
Article 4 (In-app points)
1. Fish Tokens, Angler's Points, and Tiers are in-app points/ranks only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or goods, purchased, or transferred/sold between users.
2. Points obtained through fraudulent activity may be revoked.
3. The operator may change earning rules and features with prior notice.
4. Tiers (member ranks) are determined by your Angler's Point balance against thresholds set by the operator. The operator may change these thresholds to preserve the overall value of points (e.g., inflation management). A threshold change may lower a Tier you have already reached. Threshold changes never reduce the Fish Tokens or Angler's Points you have earned. You can view the current thresholds in the App at any time (tap the Tier badge on your profile).
5. The operator may grant Fish Tokens to users who complete certain settings (such as enabling SMS two-step verification). The amount and the conditions are set by the operator and may change; such grants are normally made once per user.
6. Fish Tokens may be spent to use features of the App, such as revealing the exact location of another user's catch, exchanging them for Angler's Points, or running a single identification with the higher-tier AI model. Spent Fish Tokens are not returned, except where the feature could not be provided.
Article 5 (Paid plans)
1. All features of the App are currently free. The operator may in the future offer paid plans (such as subscriptions) that provide enhanced viewing benefits (e.g., benefits equivalent to a membership Tier).
2. Details, prices, payment timing and methods, and cancellation conditions will be shown in the App and on the official website when such plans launch. The disclosures required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions will be published on the official website (https://worldfishingmap.com/tokushoho).
3. Paid plans never sell or grant Fish Tokens or Angler's Points, and never provide the exact (unblurred) location of other users' catches as a benefit.
4. Payments for paid plans are processed through the app store (e.g., Google Play, the App Store); cancellation and refunds follow the store's procedures and policies. Termination of a paid plan (including refunds) never reduces the Fish Tokens or Angler's Points you have earned.
5. When paid plans launch, these terms may be revised and announced in the App (material changes require re-consent).
Article 6 (Messaging)
1. Direct messages are no longer displayed after a certain period from sending (currently 180 days; changes will be announced in the App). Save important content yourself.
2. You may refuse to receive messages entirely in Settings, and mute (stop notifications from) or block specific users. Blocking also hides catches, comments, rankings, and profiles between you and the blocked user, in addition to messages. Mute and block settings are not disclosed to the other user.
3. The operator may handle message data to the extent necessary for abuse investigation and legal compliance.
Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)
You must not: (1) record false catches, locations, or times, or duplicate the same fish, or commit other fraud; (2) post others' photos without permission or infringe third-party rights; (3) defame, harass, or annoy other users (including via messaging); (4) promote violations of fishery rights, restricted areas, or local fishing regulations; (5) interfere with the App's operation (unauthorized access, excessive automated access, etc.); (6) engage in other conduct the operator deems inappropriate.
Article 8 (Suspension)
1. If you violate these terms, or if the operator reasonably determines that you are likely to have violated them, the operator may, without prior notice, remove or hide content, revoke points, restrict use of certain features of the App, and suspend or delete your account.
2. The operator is not liable for damages incurred by a user as a result of measures taken under the preceding paragraph, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1. AI species identification and venom indications are not guaranteed. Always verify venom/edibility against the actual fish and reliable sources.
2. Tide information is estimated or predicted, not measured. Do not use it for navigation or safety decisions.
3. Weather and marine information shown in the App (wind, waves, water temperature, pressure, river discharge, etc.) is presented as published by the Japan Meteorological Agency and external weather data providers. The operator does not produce its own weather forecasts. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information, and it may be changed or discontinued by its providers.
4. The "bite score" and similar indicators are reference indicators based on past catch statistics and the weather and marine information above. They are not weather forecasts and do not guarantee any catch.
5. Cautions based on wind speed or wave height shown in the App are indicative only. You must decide whether to go out or fish based on official warnings and advisories issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency, other official information, and the actual conditions on site.
6. You fish at your own risk. The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Changes to the service)
The operator may change or terminate the App with prior notice.
Article 11 (Changes to these terms)
Changes will be announced in the App; material changes require re-consent.
Article 12 (Governing law)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location in the first instance.
