世界釣りマップ プライバシーポリシー

山部 直登（以下「サービス提供者」といいます。）は、「世界釣りマップ」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）を提供するにあたり、お客様（取引先ご担当者様を含みます。）の個人情報の保護について、次のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定め、本ポリシーに基づき適正に個人情報を取り扱います。
なお、本ポリシーで使用する用語の意味は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）に準拠するものとします。
第1条（取得する個人情報の項目）
サービス提供者は、お客様に関する次の情報に含まれる個人情報を取得します。
(1) 本人確認に関する情報
氏名
(2) Googleアカウント又はApple IDに関する情報
メールアドレス、サインイン時の識別子、表示名、プロフィール画像等
(3) 本サービスのご利用に際して取得する情報
釣果情報（投稿した写真（撮影日時、GPS位置情報等のEXIFメタデータを含みます。））、メッセージ情報（ダイレクトメッセージの本文、送受信日時及び既読情報並びに受信拒否、ミュート並びにブロックの設定）、ご利用の端末情報、位置情報（本サービス上でマイスポットとしてお客様が登録した位置情報を含みます。）、ヘルプ機能に入力された質問文及び本サービスの利用状況（釣果の記録、いいね、コメント等の操作ログ、アクセスログ、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、ブラウザの言語設定等を含みます。）等
(4) その他の情報
お客様から本サービス提供者へのお問い合わせ及びご連絡等に関する情報等
第2条（利用目的）
サービス提供者は、お客様の個人情報を、次に掲げる利用目的の範囲内において、取得及び利用いたします。
① 利用登録及び本サービス利用時の本人認証並びにお客様の管理のため
② 天候、潮汐及び海況等の情報をお客様に提供するため
③ 投稿の掲載を認めるか判断するため
④ 本サービスに関して生じた金銭の請求のため
⑤ 不正行為等の防止及び対応のため
⑥ お客様同士のトラブルへの対応のため
⑦ 本サービスの保守、管理のため
⑧ 本サービスの改善のため、並びに、新たな商品等及び本サービスの企画、研究及び開発のため
⑨ お問い合わせ対応及びお客様へのご連絡のため
⑩ 本ポリシー記載の方法による、外国にある第三者に対する提供のため
第3条（第三者提供）
サービス提供者は、次に掲げる場合を除き、サービス提供者が取り扱う個人情報を、あらかじめお客様の同意を得ないで、第三者に提供いたしません。
(1) 法令に基づく場合。
(2) 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
(3) 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
(4) 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき。
(5) その他法令で認められる場合。
(6) 前項にかかわらず、サービス提供者は、次の外国にある第三者にお客様の個人データを提供する場合があります。その場合に参考となるべき国別の情報は、現時点において、次に掲げるとおりです。

第4条（安全管理措置）
サービス提供者は、その取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他個人情報の安全管理のために、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。サービス提供者が講じる安全管理措置については、「第６条 お問い合わせ窓口」までお問い合わせください。
第5条（開示等の請求）
サービス提供者は、次に定めるとおり開示等の請求（利用目的の通知、個人情報又は第三者提供記録の開示、個人情報の訂正、追加若しくは削除、又は個人情報の利用若しくは第三者提供の停止の請求をいいます。）に対応します。
(1) 利用目的の通知又は個人情報若しくは第三者提供記録の開示
お客様は、サービス提供者に対し、下記(4)に定める手続に従って、個人情報保護法において認められる範囲内において、利用目的の通知を求め、又は、個人情報若しくは第三者提供記録の開示を請求することができます。ただし、サービス提供者は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合は、開示を行わないことがあります。
① 開示することでご本人様又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
② 開示することでサービス提供者の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
③ 開示することが法令に違反することとなる場合
④ 開示の請求がご本人様からであることが確認できない場合
(2) 訂正追加及び削除
お客様は、下記(4)に定める手続に従って、個人情報の訂正、追加又は削除を請求することができます。その場合、サービス提供者は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で遅滞なく調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報保護法において認められる範囲内において、当該個人情報の訂正、追加又は削除を行います。
(3) 個人情報の利用又は第三者提供の停止
お客様は、下記(4)に定める手続に従って、個人情報の利用又は第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。その場合、サービス提供者は、個人情報保護法に従って適切に対応いたします。
(4) 手続
お客様は、開示等の請求を行う場合には、本アプリ上の報告機能又は下記のメールによりご連絡ください。なお、サービス提供者が提供する本サービス「世界釣りマップ」において利用登録を行ったお客様については、当該本サービスの利用登録時にサービス提供者に提出したメールアドレスを利用して下記のメールにメッセージを送信してください。

World Fishing Map Privacy Policy
(This English translation is provided for reference only. The official text of this Policy is the Japanese version, which prevails in the event of any difference or conflict.)

Naoto Yamabe (the "Service Provider") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") as follows concerning the protection of the personal information of customers (including persons in charge at business partners) in providing "World Fishing Map" (the "Service"), and will handle personal information appropriately in accordance with this Policy.
The meanings of the terms used in this Policy are governed by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the "Personal Information Protection Act").
Article 1 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
The Service Provider collects the personal information contained in the following information about customers:
(1) Information concerning identity verification
Name
(2) Information concerning your Google account or Apple ID
Email address, sign-in identifiers, display name, profile image, etc.
(3) Information collected in connection with your use of the Service
Catch information (posted photos (including EXIF metadata such as capture date/time and GPS location information)); message information (the text of direct messages, sent/received timestamps and read status, and your do-not-receive, mute, and block settings); information about the device you use; location information (including location information you register as My Spots on the Service); questions entered into the help function; and usage of the Service (including operation logs such as catch records, likes, and comments, access logs, IP address, browser information, and browser language settings), etc.
(4) Other information
Information concerning inquiries and communications from customers to the Service Provider, etc.
Article 2 (Purposes of Use)
The Service Provider collects and uses customers' personal information within the scope of the following purposes of use:
(i) for registration and identity authentication when using the Service, and for the management of customers;
(ii) to provide customers with information such as weather, tides, and marine conditions;
(iii) to determine whether to approve the publication of posts;
(iv) to claim payments arising in connection with the Service;
(v) to prevent and respond to fraudulent and other improper acts;
(vi) to respond to trouble between customers;
(vii) for maintenance and management of the Service;
(viii) to improve the Service, and to plan, research, and develop new products and services;
(ix) to respond to inquiries and to contact customers;
(x) for provision to third parties located in foreign countries by the methods described in this Policy.
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
Except in the following cases, the Service Provider will not provide the personal information it handles to third parties without obtaining the customer's prior consent:
(1) cases based on laws and regulations;
(2) cases in which the provision is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent;
(3) cases in which the provision is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent;
(4) cases in which it is necessary to cooperate with a national government organ, a local government, or a person entrusted by them in performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the customer's consent is likely to interfere with the performance of those affairs;
(5) other cases permitted by laws and regulations;
(6) notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service Provider may provide customers' personal data to the following third parties located in foreign countries. Country-specific information that should serve as a reference in such cases is, at present, as follows:

Article 4 (Security Control Measures)
The Service Provider takes necessary and appropriate measures for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles and for other security control of personal information. For details of the security control measures taken by the Service Provider, please contact the contact point set out in "Article 6 (Contact for Inquiries)."
Article 5 (Requests for Disclosure, etc.)
The Service Provider responds to requests for disclosure, etc. (meaning requests for notification of purposes of use; disclosure of personal information or records of provision to third parties; correction, addition, or deletion of personal information; or suspension of use or of provision to third parties of personal information) as follows:
(1) Notification of purposes of use, and disclosure of personal information or records of provision to third parties
Customers may, in accordance with the procedure set out in (4) below, request the Service Provider to notify them of purposes of use, or to disclose personal information or records of provision to third parties, within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act; provided, however, that the Service Provider may decline to make disclosure in any of the following cases:
(i) where disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the customer or a third party;
(ii) where disclosure is likely to seriously impede the proper conduct of the Service Provider's business;
(iii) where disclosure would violate laws and regulations;
(iv) where it cannot be confirmed that the request for disclosure is from the customer themselves.
(2) Correction, addition, and deletion
Customers may, in accordance with the procedure set out in (4) below, request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information. In such cases, the Service Provider will conduct an investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and based on the results, will correct, add, or delete the personal information within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act.
(3) Suspension of use or of provision to third parties of personal information
Customers may, in accordance with the procedure set out in (4) below, request suspension of use or of provision to third parties of their personal information. In such cases, the Service Provider will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
(4) Procedure
To make a request for disclosure, etc., please contact the Service Provider through the in-app reporting function or by the email address below. Customers who have completed registration on the Service "World Fishing Map" provided by the Service Provider should send a message to the email address below using the email address they submitted to the Service Provider at the time of registration.
