世界釣りマップ プライバシーポリシー（ドラフト）

本ポリシーは、スマートフォンアプリ「世界釣りマップ / World Fishing Map」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いを定めるものです。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を取得します。
(1) アカウント情報: Google アカウントまたは Apple ID（Sign in with Apple）によるサインイン時の識別子・メールアドレス・表示名・プロフィール画像、および SMS 2段階認証（任意）を設定した場合の電話番号。Apple ID でのサインイン時に「メールを非公開」を選んだ場合、取得するのは Apple が発行する転送用アドレス（@privaterelay.appleid.com）のみで、本来のメールアドレスは取得しません。また Apple は氏名を共有しないことがあり、その場合の表示名は当方で自動生成します（あとから変更できます）
(2) 釣果情報: 投稿した写真（撮影日時・GPS 位置情報等の EXIF メタデータを含む）、魚種・サイズ等の入力情報
(3) 位置情報: 記録時の端末の GPS 位置情報、および魚種同定の際に精度向上のため任意で取得する撮影地点のおおよその位置情報（同定処理にのみ利用し、記録として保存しません）
(4) 端末情報: プッシュ通知の配信に必要な端末トークン、OS・アプリのバージョン
(5) 利用状況: 釣果の記録・いいね・コメント等の操作ログ
(6) メッセージ情報: ダイレクトメッセージの本文・送受信日時・既読情報、受信拒否・ミュート・ブロックの設定
(7) マイスポット情報: 利用者が「マイスポット」として登録した釣り場の名称・座標（本人にのみ表示され、他の利用者には一切公開されません。登録は任意で、いつでも削除できます）
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、次の目的で利用します。
(1) 釣果の記録・地図表示・分析機能など本アプリのサービス提供のため
(2) AI による魚種同定のため（写真を外部の AI サービスに送信します。位置情報の利用を許可している場合、魚の分布域を考慮して候補を絞り込むため、撮影地点のおおよその位置を同定処理にのみ利用します。この位置情報は記録として保存しません）
(3) 記録の信頼性確保（不正検知）のため（EXIF・位置情報・画像の特徴量を照合します）
(4) 潮汐・天候・海況情報の提供のため（記録地点、登録されたマイスポット、または現在地の座標を外部の潮汐・気象データサービスに送信することがあります。取得した風・波・水温・気圧等の情報は、これらの地点の海況表示および「出撃スコア」の算出に利用します）
(5) プッシュ通知・お知らせの配信のため
(6) 不具合対応・サービス改善のため
(7) アプリ内ヘルプ（AI チャット）の提供のため（入力された質問文を外部の AI サービスに送信します）
(8) サインイン時の本人確認のため（SMS 2段階認証を設定した場合、登録された電話番号に認証コードを SMS で送信します）。また、不正に作成された複数のアカウントによる特典の取得を防止するため、SMS 2段階認証の設定の有無をサーバで確認し、設定済みの利用者に限り、お友達紹介機能の提供および設定特典（Fish Token）の付与を行います（確認するのは設定の有無のみで、電話番号そのものを取得・保存することはありません）
(9) 本アプリを安全・健全に運営するため（利用規約または法令に違反する行為（誹謗中傷・嫌がらせ・迷惑行為・なりすまし・不正行為等）や利用者間のトラブルの調査・対応、および本アプリの利用制限・利用停止・アカウント削除の要否の判断のため。これらの目的のため、投稿・コメント・ダイレクトメッセージ・操作ログ・通報内容を確認することがあります）
3. 位置情報の公開範囲
投稿した釣果の位置情報は、原則として他の利用者には精度を落とした（ぼかした）状態で表示されます。表示精度は閲覧者の会員ランク（Tier）と投稿時のプライバシー設定（正確に公開／自分のみ／ぼかして公開）、およびアプリ内ポイントによる解除機能に従います。ご自身の記録の正確な位置は本人にのみ表示されます。
4. 第三者への提供・委託（外国にある事業者への委託を含む）
本アプリは、サービス提供に必要な範囲で、以下の外部サービスに情報を委託・送信します。これらの事業者は各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。委託先には外国にある事業者が含まれ、送信された情報は日本国外のサーバで取り扱われることがあります（各国・地域の個人情報保護制度は日本と異なる場合があります）。
- Google LLC（米国）: サインイン認証（Firebase Authentication。SMS 2段階認証を設定した場合の電話番号の保存・認証コードの送信を含む）、写真等ファイルの保存（Firebase Storage・保存先は米国のサーバ）、プッシュ通知（FCM）、AI による魚種同定（Gemini API）、API サーバの実行基盤（Cloud Run・東京リージョン）
- Apple Inc.（米国）: サインイン認証（Sign in with Apple。「メールを非公開」を選んだ場合の転送用アドレスの発行とメールの中継を含む）、iOS 端末へのプッシュ通知の配信（APNs）、App Store を通じた iOS 版アプリの配信
- Supabase, Inc.（米国）: データベース（釣果・アカウント情報等の保存。サーバは日本国内＝AWS 東京リージョン）
- Mapbox, Inc.（米国）: 記録地点の水域判定のための座標送信
- Marea（EU 域内の事業者・サーバはドイツ）: 海外の潮汐情報取得のための座標送信
- OpenWeather Ltd（英国）・OpenMeteo GmbH（スイス）: 記録時の天候情報取得のための座標送信
- Anthropic, PBC（米国）: アプリ内ヘルプ（AI チャット）に入力された質問文の処理
- 気象庁（日本）: 潮位表・アメダスの公開データの取得（利用者の個人データは送信しません）
上記のほか、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供しません。
5. 保存期間と削除
釣果情報・アカウント情報は、アカウントが存続する間保存します。ダイレクトメッセージは、送信から一定期間（現在は180日）を経過すると画面に表示されなくなります。表示されなくなったメッセージも、不正利用の調査・法令遵守など運営に必要な範囲で一定期間保存されることがあります。また、利用規約違反行為の調査・対応、利用者間のトラブル対応、および利用停止・削除等の措置の記録のため、関連するデータ（投稿・コメント・メッセージ・操作ログ・通報内容・管理操作の履歴等）を必要な範囲で保存することがあります。
マイスポット（登録した釣り場の名称・座標）は、アプリ内でいつでも個別に削除でき、アカウントを削除した場合は完全に削除されます。
アカウントは、アプリ内の「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」、または Web の削除ページ（https://worldfishingmap.com/account/delete）から、いつでもご自身で削除できます。削除により、サインイン情報・表示名・プロフィール写真・投稿した写真・コメント・いいね・マイスポットは削除され、すべての記録は他の利用者に表示されなくなります。ただし、不正防止と記録の完全性検証のため、個人を識別できない形に匿名化されたデータ（ポイントの台帳・記録の検証データ等）は削除後も保存されます。削除は取り消せず、獲得済みのポイント等は再登録しても引き継がれません。Apple ID でサインインしていた場合、削除にあわせて本アプリと Apple ID の連携も失効させます（以後、本アプリが Apple から利用者の情報を受け取ることはありません）。
投稿の取下げ、および保有個人データの開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止のご請求（開示等請求）は、第9項に記載の問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。なりすましによる情報漏えいを防ぐため、ご本人確認（本アプリにサインインしたうえでの報告機能からのご連絡等）にご協力をお願いします。法令の定めに従い、遅滞なく対応します。
6. 安全管理措置
通信の暗号化、アクセス制御（権限管理・監査ログ）、保存時の暗号化等、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
7. 未成年の利用
保護者の同意なく未成年者が本アプリを利用することはできません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、アプリ内で告知し、重要な変更については再同意を求めます。

World Fishing Map Privacy Policy (Draft)

This policy describes how the mobile application "World Fishing Map" (the "App") handles user information.
1. Information we collect
(1) Account: identifiers from Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, email address, display name, profile image, and your phone number if you enable optional SMS two-step verification. If you choose "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple, we receive only the relay address Apple issues (@privaterelay.appleid.com), never your real email address. Apple may also withhold your name; in that case we generate a display name for you (you can change it later)
(2) Catch records: photos you post (including EXIF metadata such as capture time and GPS location), species/size inputs
(3) Location: device GPS location at the time of recording, and (optionally) the approximate capture location used only to improve species identification (not stored as part of your records)
(4) Device: push notification tokens, OS/app versions
(5) Usage: operation logs such as records, likes, and comments
(6) Messages: direct message text, sent/read timestamps, and your do-not-receive / mute / block settings
(7) My Spots: the name and coordinates of fishing spots you save as "My Spots" (visible only to you and never disclosed to other users; saving is optional and you can delete them at any time)
2. Purposes of use
(1) Providing the App's services (catch records, map display, analytics)
(2) AI species identification (photos are sent to an external AI service; if you allow location use, the approximate capture location is used only during identification to narrow candidates by species distribution and is not stored)
(3) Fraud detection to keep records trustworthy (matching EXIF, location, and image features)
(4) Providing tide, weather and marine conditions (coordinates of your catch location, your saved My Spots, or your current location may be sent to external tide and weather data services; the wind, wave, water temperature and pressure data obtained is used to display conditions for those locations and to calculate the "bite score")
(5) Delivering push notifications and announcements
(6) Troubleshooting and service improvement
(7) Providing the in-app AI help chat (questions you enter are sent to an external AI service)
(8) Verifying sign-ins if you enable optional SMS two-step verification (a verification code is sent by SMS to your registered phone number). We also check whether SMS two-step verification is enabled on your account, and reserve the friend-referral feature and the set-up reward (Fish Tokens) for users who have enabled it, to prevent rewards from being claimed through fraudulently created accounts (we check only the enablement status; we never collect or store the phone number itself)
(9) Operating the App safely and soundly (investigating and responding to conduct that violates these terms or the law — such as defamation, harassment, nuisance, impersonation, or fraud — and to disputes between users, and deciding whether to restrict use, suspend use, or delete an account; for these purposes we may review posts, comments, direct messages, operation logs, and reports)
3. Location visibility
Catch locations are shown to other users with reduced precision (blurred) by default. Precision follows the viewer's membership tier, your privacy setting at posting time (exact / only me / blurred), and the in-app point-based unlock feature. Your own records are always shown to you at exact precision.
4. Third parties / processors (including processors located outside Japan)
We entrust or transmit information to the following services to the extent necessary to provide the App. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Some of them are located outside Japan, and transmitted information may be processed on servers outside Japan (where data protection rules may differ from those of Japan).
- Google LLC (USA): sign-in authentication (Firebase Authentication, including storage of your phone number and delivery of verification codes if you enable optional SMS two-step verification), file storage such as photos (Firebase Storage; stored on servers in the USA), push notifications (FCM), AI species identification (Gemini API), and the API server platform (Cloud Run, Tokyo region)
- Apple Inc. (USA): sign-in authentication (Sign in with Apple, including issuing a relay address and forwarding email if you choose "Hide My Email"), push notification delivery to iOS devices (APNs), and distribution of the iOS app through the App Store
- Supabase, Inc. (USA): database storing catch records and account data (servers located in Japan, AWS Tokyo region)
- Mapbox, Inc. (USA): coordinates for water-area checks
- Marea (EU-based operator; servers in Germany): coordinates for tide data outside Japan
- OpenWeather Ltd (UK) and OpenMeteo GmbH (Switzerland): coordinates for weather data at recording time
- Anthropic, PBC (USA): processing of questions you enter in the in-app AI help chat
- Japan Meteorological Agency (Japan): retrieval of public tide-table and AMeDAS data (no personal data of users is sent)
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except as required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Records and account data are retained while your account exists. Direct messages are no longer displayed after a certain period from sending (currently 180 days); such messages may still be retained for a limited time to the extent necessary for operations such as abuse investigation and legal compliance. We may also retain related data (posts, comments, messages, operation logs, reports, and administrative action records) to the extent necessary to investigate and respond to violations of these terms, to handle disputes between users, and to record measures such as suspension or deletion.
My Spots (the names and coordinates of saved fishing spots) can be deleted individually at any time in the App, and are deleted completely when you delete your account.
You can delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Account → Delete account) or on the web deletion page (https://worldfishingmap.com/account/delete). Deletion removes your sign-in link, display name, profile photo, posted photos, comments, likes, and My Spots, and hides all your records from other users. Anonymized data without personal identifiers (point ledgers and record-verification data) is retained after deletion for fraud prevention and record integrity. Deletion is irreversible, and earned points are not restored upon re-registration. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the App's link to your Apple ID as part of the deletion (the App receives no further information from Apple).
Contact us using the details in Section 9 for content withdrawal or requests concerning your personal data (disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision). To prevent impersonation, we may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., by contacting us through the in-app report feature while signed in). We will respond without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.
6. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, access control (role management and audit logs), and encryption at rest.
7. Minors
Minors may not use the App without parental consent.
8. Changes
We will announce changes in the App and ask for re-consent for material changes.
9. Contact (operator information and complaints)
