デモ動画の日本語版を公開しました — マスコットが日本語で案内する、世界釣りマップの2分間
9月13日に公開した2分間のデモ動画（英語ナレーション）の日本語版を、公式YouTubeチャンネルで公開しました。撮影した1枚の写真が、AIによる魚種の判定と不正検知を経て世界地図に記録されるまでの流れを、アプリのマスコットが日本語のナレーションと日本語字幕で約2分にまとめて案内します。
動画はボタンを押したときにはじめて YouTube から読み込まれます（プライバシー強化モードの埋め込みを使用）。詳しくは外部送信についてをご覧ください。YouTubeで直接ご覧いただくこともできます。
動画の見どころ
- 撮影 → AIが判定 → あなたが確認 — 釣った魚を撮影すると、AIが約2,939種の候補から魚種を判定します。最後に確認するのはあなたで、承認なしには何も記録されません。
- 記録の前に走る画像の検査 — EXIF・知覚ハッシュなどによる不正検知が、すべての記録の前に実行されます。
- 世界地図への記録 — 位置は、はじめからぼかして表示します。釣り人は、自分のポイントを大切にしますから。
- 約2,939種の魚図鑑 — そのうち1,895種は、白背景版と生息イメージ版の2種類のイラストを収載しています。カレイの仲間53種の向きを人の目で点検して、20種を直した話も。
- 海の上で — 出船モードの計器と航跡、海上保安庁「海しる」のレイヤ（海のマップ）、GEBCO の海底地形マップを、実際の海の映像とあわせて紹介します（いずれも航海用ではなく、釣りのための参考情報です）。
- プラン設計 — 「他人の正確な釣り場の座標は売らない」という方針を、コードとテストで守っています。
※ AIによる魚種の判定は誤ることがあります。毒の有無や食用の可否は、安全のため必ず実物で確認してください。出船モード・海のマップ・海底地形マップは航海用ではありません。航行には海上保安庁の海図と最新の水路通報・航行警報をご利用ください。水深は GEBCO にもとづくおおよその参考値です。
制作について
スマートフォンの中の画面は、すべて実機で録画した実際のアプリ画面で、中身には手を加えていません。今回の日本語版では、収録済みの英語表示の録画をそのまま使っています（アプリ本体は日本語に対応しており、端末の言語に合わせて自動で切り替わります）。海やフェリー、岩場の映像は開発者が撮影した実写です。一方、マスコットの声はAI音声合成で、マスコットはアプリに同梱している表情イラストをそのまま使っています。動画の生成手順はコードとして残しており、同じ素材から同じ動画を作り直せます。

The two-minute demo video we published on September 13 (English narration) is now available in a Japanese version on our official YouTube channel. The app's mascot walks through the core loop — one photo going through AI species identification and fraud checks before it lands on the world map — with Japanese narration and Japanese captions, in about two minutes.

Highlights
- Photograph → AI identifies → you confirm — AI picks the species from about 2,939 candidates, and you make the final call. Nothing is recorded without your approval.
- Image checks before every record — fraud detection based on EXIF, perceptual hashes and more runs before anything is written.
- On the world map — locations are blurred by default, because anglers protect their spots.
- An encyclopedia of about 2,939 species — 1,895 of them are illustrated twice: a clean white-background plate and an in-habitat version. Plus the story of auditing 53 flatfish by eye and flipping 20.
- On the water — Boat Mode's instruments and track, the Japan Coast Guard MSIL layers (Marine map) and the GEBCO Seafloor map, shown over real footage from the sea (all of them are reference information for fishing, not for navigation).
- Plan design — “we do not sell other anglers' exact coordinates” is enforced in code, with a test.
AI identification can be wrong. For safety, always verify venomousness and edibility against the actual fish. Boat Mode, the Marine map and the Seafloor map are not for navigation; use Japan Coast Guard charts and the latest notices to mariners and navigational warnings. Depth is an approximate reference value from GEBCO.
How it was made
Every phone screen in the video is a real recording of the app on a device, and its contents have not been altered. This Japanese version reuses the existing recordings, which were captured with the app set to English (the app itself supports Japanese and follows your device language). The footage of the sea, the ferry and the rocky coast was shot by the developer. The mascot's narration, however, is a synthetic AI voice, and the mascot uses the expression illustrations bundled in the app, unchanged. The video is generated by code, so the same footage always produces the same video.
