Secret recipes
I have started this thread in an attempt to spread some good 'flavour'. Most people around the world have different ideas on cooking seafood with many cultures cooking with different spices and flavourings.
.
My first addition to this list is 'chilli lemon fish'. This is a commonly used recipe which is fast and easy. Firstly (the best part of all) go out and catch your fresh Whiting, Bream or Flathead. Most white, sweet fleshed fish is good for this. Clean your catch, leaving the fish whole. Lay out a peice of foil and lightly cover with olive oil. Place a few peices of lemon on the foil which acts as a base so that the fish does not stick, and lay the fish over the lemon peices. Pour sweet chilli sauce over the fish to taste. Loosely rap the foil around the fish. Make sure the fish is completely sealed in and there is a gap between the top of the fish and the foil to stop the fish sticking. Cook in the oven for about 20-30 minutes on about 180 degrees celcius. Open and enjoy with a nice salad.
