Rain
Hi all.
I do most of my fishing in the Bribie passage and southern tip of Bribie Island northern end of Moretonbay.
I'm hoping I will be able to post here often.
We have had a decent amount of rain in the last few days and this can only benefit fishing in the area.
The last month has seen a lot of weed in the passage making fishing difficult.

Bribie
Gday IBB
I used to live in Brisbane and have had many fond memories of the Pumicestone Passage.
I note the lack of rain around Brisbane over the past few years - when I lived there 20 years ago it was always wet and green.
I ook forward to seeing your posts on the site. I will be adding more to the site in March and promoting it more heavily then.
Regards
Matt

Hey IBB
I fish up there as well most of the fish have been in the creeks although they have shut down lately. This rain we have received in the last week may help.
regards
Mick

i've been out a fair bit over the past few weeks,,, and even though anytime on the water is good,,, not even the old secret spots have been on fire,,, just the odd bream or two,,, and maybe a flattie
trying again tomorrow arvo and planning on a trip come sunday to do a bit of exploring,,, so you never no

Hi all
Sorry for no reports but I have been playing lawn bowls of late (Three more weeks before the A singles club championship will be finished).
I have just received a report from a good friend that the flathead are going off near white patch.
He has been waiding the banks using plastic, sight fishing the flats at low tied.
He is fishing in no more than four feet of water.
His best result was last thursday twelve flathead one bream.
Two fish went home for the meal the rest reliesed to play another day.
Regards
Mike
