Editing Markers
Users can not currently edit markers but this will be changed shortly on the first script upgrade. Please advise of any other issues so we can improve the map.

Matt are you able to make it so that we can just enter a GPS mark into the lat long field and the pointer goes straight there. This would make it easier to give accurate marks with out typing in the GPS mark into the notes.
Love the new site by the way.
cheers

Gps
The ability to type in GPS and have it plot the marker automatically will be one of the upgrades.

Hi Matt, I thought I'd just inform you that I made a stuff up just off shore of Townsville Lat -19.01 Long 148.40, I accidently put a marker there that was intended for somewhere else!
Would you please remove it, or should I wait until I can do it myself?

editing markers
Thanks, I will delete it. And thanks for contributing to the map.
Anyone who has placed markers that need deleting please cut and paste the URL address into a thread on this forum topic and I will delete them or edit them for you.
I am currently having the World Fishing Map script improved so people can edit their own markers - this will be part of the site upgrade shortly.
Regards
Matt Flynn

You should be able to edit them now - you will need to find the marker under the List Elements or find it on the map and then click on Show Details - either way will take you to a page with an edit link.

You should be able to see it now. Anyone else had markers move after putting them on the map?
