popped into local fishing store last week to upsize my 2year old daughter into a new life jacket as she had grown out of her old one. whilst there saw they had penn seaboy rod/reel combo's going for around $40.00 so thought it would be good to have a spare in the boat. on saturday took 2yr old with 5 yr old sister and 3 yr old bro and a mate for a spot of fishing and crabbing up sadgroves ck. to start the day, about 1/2 hour into it 2 yr old decided that after about 14 trips in the boat, she would get her first bout of sea sickness, which left the smell of breakfast chased by chocolate milk stuck in the carpet that would woft around for the next 3 hours. about an hour later up the creek to check pots and whilst pulling up in the first pot we heard a splash and turned to find the little sweetie had tossed the brand new rod/reel combo, not even used, into about 4.5meters of water. she must of known daddy was not happy as she sat down for the rest of the trip and was very very quiet. to finish off the day no legal crabs and no fish...

Sounds like you had fun then! Cant wait till I have kids!!!!
